Harp music for your wedding

Harp music creates a romantic elegance on your wedding day. RoJean offers a repertoire of sacred, classical, Celtic, traditional, original compositions, or a combination of these. To guide you through some preliminary choices, here are a few suggestions for your consideration. Of course there are many possibilities in addition to the titles below.

Planning your music selections

In the categories below, you’ll find that tunes are often placed in more than one category, as they are equally suitable for either. Underlined titles are linked to short samples of those tunes.

Prelude music

The prelude precedes the official ceremony, beginning about half an hour before the wedding start time. It sets a tone of quiet elegance and expectation. A few more details

Because each wedding has unique details, pricing will be provided upon request.  Please contact RoJean regarding fees and availability for your special day.

She will schedule a complimentary private consultation in her home, to play through the tunes you want to hear and to answer any questions you may have.  And she will request that you sign a contract - a simple agreement that lays out all the plans in writing so everyone has a clear understanding of expectations.

Be sure to check with your wedding coordinator and/or the church in advance (if yours is a church wedding) to learn if there are any music restrictions for wedding ceremonies.

RoJean has amplification if needed for the venue, or she can connect with the house system. It is helpful if she can attend the wedding rehearsal, or be in contact with your wedding coordinator or sound engineer, to determine the optimum sound for your location.

She will arrive at the wedding location at least an hour before she begins the prelude music, to allow for unloading her harp and equipment, setting up, tuning, etc.
